  Ann-Marie is an awesome realtor! She has extensive knowledge of the real estate market, and will work hard to find a buyer for your home. She provided us with honest advice regarding updates that needed to be made to sell, and was always available to answer questions. She is hard-working and has a great team working with her. Highly recommended!

  I spoke with two other realtors prior to hiring Ann-Marie Sharp; the contrast is night and day. The first realtor barely gave me 5 minutes on the phone and didn't have any interest in hearing what I wanted, just my budget. The second realtor, simply put, was a train wreck. Then, I discovered Ann-Marie online and liked her reviews, which happen to be spot on. Ann-Marie was incredibly professional, promptly attentive, paid attention to the details, and provided the expert guidance I needed to find the perfect home for me and my family. Most of all, she listened to me. When a few bumps with my lender situation arose, she cruised through without blinking an eye. Would highly recommend her to anyone, without question.
