  This location has amazing customer service. My taxes were done efficiently and in a timely manner and I was shocked at the amount I was receiving back. I will be using them again next year!

  My grandfather tried using Liberty Tax... the owner actually messed up his ADDRESS of all things. My grandfather did not get his tax return promptly and was not able to purchase a home because of this error. I hear that these little errors are too common coming from Liberty and that they end up costing people much more than if they went to a more reputable tax business. Edit: I will happily provide proof. Trying to squander away negative reviews with fake positive reviews does not create the view of a reputable business. Nor does threatening people who are dissatisfied with a service.
